DELAYS
We offer 45-day order protection. If you don’t receive your order within 45 days of it being shipped, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item of the same model. Delays are rare and mainly caused by customs. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this occur.
RETURN
If you are not satisfied with your item, please return it in the original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days. Goods must be returned with carriage paid. The purchase price will be refunded using the same method as the original payment. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded.
