At Justdonshorts, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔️ Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (with tags and packaging intact).
✔️ Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
✔️ No signs of wear, stains, or damage caused by the customer.
✔️ Customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Personalized or customized items.
❌ Items that show signs of use, damage, or washing.

3. Return Process

1️⃣ Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and photos (if applicable).
2️⃣ Approval & Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges

🔄 Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective items.

  • If you need a different size, you must return the original item and place a new order.
  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Refunds

💰 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or a defective product.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
